Acceptance Speech: I am honored to be here this evening. Much of this conference, indeed the corporate culture of Hall-Kinion, focuses on the value of relationships – the value of your relationship with your clients, your contractors and yourselves. Today, I am here not because of what I have done, but rather as a reflection of what you have done. It is because of your steadfast and passionate commitment to relationships that Hall-Kinion today leads and excels when many others have fallen. This vision to uphold relationships begins at the top of your corporation, is smoothly translated into action at each of your offices, and is then executed by each and every one of you, and I am honored to know you all. There are three of you with whom I work – I call them my “Dream Team”. From the Portland Downtown office: Dawn Neiffer, Heather Vandenbrink & Ryan Whitney. Dawn, Heather & Ryan, I share this honor with you. Thank you for all of your hard work, energy and commitment. These three made an outstanding marriage between myself and InFocus. They have nurtured this relationship and this is why I am here today. I applaud you all for your leadership in valuing people first, and I thank you for this honor.
